One day while I was busy working on another book, I met a woman who suggested that I put it aside and write the book I was “supposed” to.  I must have given her a strange look which told her I didn’t have a clue what she meant because she then told me how I was to go about writing this book.  I was to meditate before each writing session, and then simply allow my fingers to write what came to mind.  When I followed her instructions I began to see mind pictures—so clear they might as well have been real.  What came of this exercise was Sea Jewels.  I will always wonder if I wrote the book or was I simply a tool?  I don’t suppose I will ever know.

Now that our four children are grown, my husband and our two dogs, Woodrow and Molly, live in a small town near Mt. Shasta in California’s most northern county.  Although officially in retirement, I continue writing with my “silent” partner (or partners).  I can hardly wait to share our next collaboration, which they have named “A History of Life.”
